Walked in was asked if I need any help. I said no thank you I am just looking at tables. The lady then followed me around the store (uncomfortably close) and tried to show my and push me into getting a table. I felt very uncomfortable and uneasy. She then proceed to ask me about my child and how old they were, how tall ect. I had no children with me and responded with I do not have kids.

One of my favorite places to shop for unique gifts. Great service too !

Most of the time (but not always) some of the floor staff are just plain rude. Some floor staff greet everyone. However, some floor staff make eye contact with customers and look at them briefly and then turn away because it seems the staff feel that particular customer should not be in their store. I have noticed some staff appear like they are making a face expression that is not very nice and walk away. All customers should be greeted with equal respect not only the ones deemed good enough to be in your store. Not all staff are like this but a few of them just completely ignore some customers. The good staff make up for the not so good ones. Your customers are why you are in business in the first place. All should be acknowledged when they come into your store.

Nice store, I used to work there long time ago shortly after it opened. It has some very lice items in the store.

Like all Pier One locations, the store is packed with inspiration for home decor and gifts. They have wonderful seasonal merchandise. There are some really refreshing candle scents. They are a good source for Unicef greeting cards. Staff are always helpful and friendly. Be sure to sign up for their rewards Program - the coupons are great. My only complaint - I am disabled and I find the aisles too narrow for my rollator, so I have to use a cane. Unless I shop with a friend or family member, it's hard to juggle a cane and a basket of delicate items.
