If I could give no stars I would but that's not an option. Overall the staff is nice but those managers have no customer service skills. They dont know how to help customers or even try to accommodate the customer. Needles to say I went to Home Sence and spent my $667 with a smile because they actually go above and beyond to help. Please get new managers the ones you have in this store is very rude and dismissive. You need to update your workforce time for change.

Excellent staff and amazing items. Pricey but high quality. Very knowledgeable and helpful team. Wide variety of items for home decor and furniture

My m went to pick up it's my sister ordered and had not paid for and the staff would not even look it up in the system and just said you can't pick it up. They told her because my sister would have paid so she'd have to get it. But my sister did not pay and all they had to do was check my mom's ID as she has the same last name but they chose to not even help her.

The selection is good but the staff are inconsistent different messages. Went in spent 100+ came with coupon and the lady was new forgot to scan was told to come back to the store to get the adjustment and the man who was the leader" was rude refused to do the credit. I told him that I spoke to the person in charge yesterday evening and he was like well I don't know who that is refused to check. So rude. From the moment I walked in he had an attitude. I will be reporting him for what I believe to be not reflective of Pier One employees and what I expect."

The selection is great, good location not too busy and ample parking. The store was well maintained and we were greeted as soon as we got in. I found the sales staff very helpful and friendly.

I just shopped at the Ajax location and I just had to write about my awesome experience. I was greeted at the door by the friendliest lady whose name was Nancy. She was so extremely helpful and so friendly and she deserves a great review! Thank you so much Nancy for your help

The products are of good quality plus they look very nice. At the store, the staff was very helpful and welcoming which made the visit much nicer

I enjoyed my experience there! Most importantly, I was amazed with the staff.. Very knowledgeable and friendly. The amount of merchandise and choices was probably above and beyond similar stores.. I'd definitely go back!
