He went above and beyond to keep us informed every step along the way as our delivery was impacted by Covid delays, and tried to make our experience as seamless as possible. The installation team was equally impressive. They arrived on time, were very polite and efficient, showed us how to use it once installed, cleaned up, and moved our patio furniture back before leaving. I only dealt with Sunguard over the phone, but appreciated their honesty when it came to purchasing covers for my patio furniture. They noted the brand I was calling for was much more expensive and they provided me an alternative of similar quality - they gave me the website and a discount code as it was not their site. My previous awning was lost to a wind storm. Michel from SunGuard worked patiently with me through the selection of a new replacement awning, offering insights and suggestions from what’s practical to what’s fashionable. Yesterday three gents came by to install the new awning (ahead of schedule) and within the hour I was out enjoying the new colourful shade on my back deck.
