Wonderful! Great parking and always a sale on! Can t beat it and you get a bag at check out!! Not like Home Sense ( charge you for a bag) which is ridiculous!

Staff are condescending and have no idea what appropriate customer service looks like. They are in your face, asking if you need help every 30 seconds. God forbid, if there’s an actual problem, they don’t even listen to you, speak over you, and say there’s nothing they can do.Honestly, they didn’t even understand what I was trying to say because they simply would not listen.Get these people some customer service training!!I will never return.Save your money and go to the home sense right beside it! You’ll get the same quality for way less $$$.

This place is a rip off.I went there to buy something. It was priced at $199.95. They had a coupon if you buy an item for 200 dollars you get 20 percent off. When I was waiting in line and as my turn comes the woman said oh it needs to be exactly at 200. She said you have to get somethings else to qualify for the discount so I’m like ok..... it’s like less than a 1 dollar. I found that insulting.So I go and find something that was priced at 19.99 and I wait in line again and once my turn comes and as I wanted to pay, she said she cannot do it because it can’t be a clearance item. So I walked away.This is a rip off place. Not worth your money. Don’t let the discounts fool you. Go to home sense or other places and you’ll get it for much much cheaper .I don’t think this place will stay in business for long if they don’t change.

I love Pier 1. Such unique and elegant gifts and housewares. Prices are especially good when they have sales. I am always able to find a unique gift for someone at Christmas.
