Debbie, the manager of the Kamloops store is the perfect example of superior customer service. My experience from start to finish was great. Debbie did everything she could to make sure that I was happy. The store is full of lovely decor items and it is a pleasure to shop there.

Huge clearance section in the back where I'm always finding treasures. The ladies are all pleasant and helpful. Beautiful store.

I am so impressed with this store!I went there in search of a wedding gift for a gal I hadn't met yet. I was at a loss and ready to give up when an employee offered to help. In no time at all she helped me come up with a plan we both liked. I left the store with the feeling of being appreciated and no more worries about getting it right.Our" gift was extremely well received and loved. So
