They were out of what I was looking for, a Ginger Peach reed diffuser, and offered to let me pay for it with the promise that they would call me when it came in. I dropped into the store twice after not hearing from them in two weeks, but they still had not made it available. Nearly two months passed, and I still never got a phone call. It was only when I finally called them that something was done about it. While everyone has been very polite about the whole thing, both in the store and over the phone, I felt quite fogotten about as a customer. In the future I know better than to prepay for anything at this location.
